<p>We are creating Identihub to make it easier to share assets and allow designers and developers to work closer together. As supporters of Open Source Design, we are looking to grow our team and establish that vision. We are looking for someone to grow with the Identihub team and understand the Open Source Design DNA.</p>
     
     <h4><strong>About Ura Design</strong></h4>

<p>Ura is a small studio specialized in Open Source Design, working with and for open source projects to improve their Usability and Design. We are specialized on Visual Identity, Brand Strategy and generally UX Design catered to Open Source workflows (having both worked with Grassroots and Enterprise projects). In the past we have helped Mozilla, The Tor Project, The Linux Foundation, FSFE among many others.</p>
     
     <h4><strong>Job Description</strong></h4>

<p>Ura is looking for a Fullstack Developer proficient in both Frontend (React) and Backend (Laravel) to maintain Identihub, our self-hosted brand and asset management open source software licensed under the AGPL. Identihub makes hosting and reusing your project’s visual assets easy by automating image conversions and offering advanced features for handling SVG files, colors, fonts and images.     <li>Backend: Laravel</li>
    <li>Frontend: ReactJS</li>
    <li>Architecture: LAMP</li>
    <li>Docker</li>
      </ul>
     
     <h4><strong>Essential Responsibilities (including but not limited to):</strong></h4>
    <ul>
    <li>Assist with debugging / development of bug fixes and maintenance</li>
    <li>Development of new features</li>
    <li>Excellent communication skills (we work in the open and that should be reflected)</li>
    <li>Function as “Lead Developer for Identihub, managing initial requirements, feature requests</li>
    <li>Work in an open source environment (Mattermost, Etherpad, GitHub, GitLab)</li>
    </ul>
     
      <h4><strong>Required:</strong></h4>
    <ul>
    <li>Excellent written and verbal English skills</li>
    <li>Experience working with front-end technologies</li>
    <li>1+ years experience working with Laravel and React</li>
    <li>Understanding of local development environments and integration of varying components</li>
    <li>Work in an open source environment (Mattermost, Etherpad, GitHub, GitLab)</li>
    </ul>
    
    
    <h4><strong>Desired:</strong></h4>
    <ul>
    <li>Excellent written and verbal Albanian skills</li>
    <li>Design-thinking approach and ability to make design decisions independently</li>
    <li>Past Open Source contributions (especially to Identihub and Open Source Design)</li>
    <li>Basic Linux admin (ability to SSH, view logs, etc)</li>
    </ul>
      
<p>Payment is done on an hourly basis. Based on your skills and experience we can discuss payment terms. The duration and time commitment is flexible.</p>
