     <p>Your privacy is critically important to us. At Ura, we have a few fundamental principles:</p>

     <li>We don’t ask you for personal information unless we truly need it. (We can’t stand services that ask you for things like your gender or income level for no apparent reason.</li>
     <li>We don’t share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law, develop our products, or protect our rights.</li>
     <li>We don’t store personal information on our servers unless required for the ongoing operation of one of our services.</li>
     <li>In our platform, we aim to make it as simple as possible for you to control what’s visible to the public, seen by search engines, kept private, and permanently deleted.</li>
     
     <p><strong>About Ura Design</strong></p>

<p>Ura is a small agency specialized in open source design, working with and for open source projects to improve their Usability and Design. We are specialized in Visual Identity, Brand Strategy and generally UX Design catered to open source workflows (having worked both with grassroots and enterprise projects). In the past we have helped Mozilla, The Tor Project, The Linux Foundation and Free Software Foundation Europe among many others.</p>
     
     <p><strong>Job Description</strong></p>

<p>Ura is looking for a Frontend Developer working primarily with ReactJS to develop and maintain Identihub, our self-hosted brand and asset management software licensed under the free and open source AGPL license. Identihub makes hosting and reusing your project’s visual assets easy by automating image conversions and offering advanced features for handling SVG files, colors, fonts and images.      <p><strong>Essential Responsibilities (including but not limited to)</strong></p>
      <ul>
    <li>Work together with our Backend Developer to develop new features</li>
    <li>Assist with debugging / development of bug fixes. Consistent maintenance</li>
    <li>Work in an open source environment (Mattermost, Etherpad, GitHub, Nextcloud)</li>
    <li>5-20h / week remote work (flexible regarding time commitments)</li>
      </ul>
     
     <p><strong>Required:</strong></p>
      <ul>
    <li>Excellent written and verbal English skills</li>
    <li>1+ years experience working with ReactJS</li>
    <li>Basic Linux admin (ability to SSH, view logs, run tests)</li>
    <li>Understanding of Git version control and developing in the open</li>
    <li>Understanding of local development environments and integration of varying components</li>
      </ul>
     
     <p><strong>Desired:</strong></p>
    <ul>
    <li>Excellent written and verbal Albanian skills</li>
    <li>Experience with Laravel and PHP</li>
     </ul>
     
      <p><strong>Compensation</strong></p>

<p>Payment is done on an hourly basis. Please let us know of your desired hourly rate so we can discuss payment terms based on your experience.</p>
